2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class vs 2019 Cadillac ATS

To help you decide which vehicle is right for you, we put together a table pitting some key aspects of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C Class against the 2019 Cadillac ATS. Take a look below.

A Superior Experience
As you can see in the table, the 2019 C-Class offers more flexibility in horsepower and engine type, which is great in that it gives consumers the ability to choose the perfect vehicle for their needs. This flexibility of the C-Class is enhanced through the availability of sedan, coupe, and cabriolet models, whereas the 2019 ATS only offers the coupe. The 2019 C-Class also offers better fuel economy, whereas the 2019 ATS does offer a slightly lower price point.
But is that price difference enough to put the 2019 ATS ahead? When you factor in the 2019 C-Class’s roomier, more premium interior, proliferation of high-tech features, and overall abundance of classy touches, the answer becomes clear.
When comparing the coupe model of both lines, a variety of small yet important details serve to nudge the 2019 C-Class into the lead. These include a standard panoramic sunroof and optional leather seats, neither of which are offered in the 2019 ATS.
For cutting-edge technology, the C-Class coupe brings more standard features like an Auto-dimming Rearview Mirror and Memory Adjustable Exterior Mirrors, whereas the ATS does not. These combine with the higher fuel-capacity, 9-speed automatic transmission (as opposed to the ATS's 8-speed), and better gas mileage to deliver an overall more luxurious experience that just doesn’t come across as well in the 2019 Cadillac ATS.
