Absolute worst experience I have had at a dealer (including the cheaper "buy here pay here" ones). I went in to purchase a used newer model BMW that was sold to me with undisclosed modification. When the dealer was asked to help remedy the situation I was ignored time and time again. Deal done so no longer their problem. It also took more than two months to get my tags and longer to get my title. BAD business practices and RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. This dealer is doing the BMW brand a disservice.


I recently purchased a vehicle from Michael at Mercedes Benz of Bowling Green. The experience was excellent! He took the time to understand what I was looking for and avoided pushing any vehicles or time window. Horrible experience. Bought my car in June, still have not received my tag. Turns out it has not been processed at all to date! My temp tag has expired and had to call multiple times to get another temp tag. I called this dealership multiple times, left voice-mail but no one returned my call until I left another voice mail to the manager. Awful customer service, as soon as you walk out their door and make their sale, you're on your own!

Replace front wheel sensors— a notorious problem with Mercedes Benz vehicles. Nevertheless, very prompt and courteous service.

Tried to fix the windows on our Mercedes. Charged $200. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken. They had every opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to. So my decision is to reflect their poor customer service with this feedback. #disappointing.

We purchased a car from the dealership. One complaint I have is we were forced to pay for something that we didn’t want to purchase. We voiced our wishes not to have the ResistAll NG2 Easy Care Protection but was informed we had no choice in the matter because this is something they do for all cars. The cost was $898.00. As a owner of Mercedes Benz for the last 20 years, this is not the service that we have come to expect from Mercedes Benz.


They replaced my serpentine belt and tensioner. The service was excellent. The people were great my wife and I were from Illinois and they took very good care of us. A very memorable experience.

Had a curb rash on a wheel. Once repaired it was like new. Good job!!! Always lectured my wife to be careful while parking. Unfortunately, I was the one who scraped it🥴

Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery,was told to receive the vehicle and they will take care of the damage. As of this writing, still waiting on the settlement or any form of contact from this dealership(contaced the salesman mr moore, gm mr coffey,and manager barry numerous times but no callback) The worst experience at a dealership in my life. Bought my first BMW this past week, and could not have had a better experience. Staff is extremely knowledgable, professional, helpful, and made the buying process easier than I ever thought it could be. I live in Knoxville,TN and found a used BMW X3 at this dealership. After several emails and phone calls to Kristen Malone we decided to purchase this vehicle pending inspection and test drive. We showed up to a ready to go car and fully drawn up paperwork. The car and the service were perfect (including time with the tech guy). We were out the door in an hour.
